OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, September 23, 2008 – Toxic Goddess Burlesque will headline the official after-party for the Gazette’s 2nd Annual Ghouls Gone Wild Parade on Saturday, October 25th at the Individual Artists of Oklahoma Gallery. The show will begin at 10pm following the Ghouls Gone Wild Parade where the new Queen of Halloween, April 'Elvira' Wahlin, is the Grand Marshall and the Toxic Goddesses will be her court. In addition to the Toxic Goddess Burlesque Show there will be a full bar, DJ Ostara will supply the beats, and more fun, including photos with the Toxic Goddesses and book signings until 2 am.

The burlesque show features the lovely and wicked Toxic Goddesses performing classic striptease and circus side-show acts with their unique and edgy style. Toxic Goddess Selkie says, “Toxic Goddess Burlesque is a variety show. Sure, you'll have some good ol' tassel-twirlin' striptease fun, but we also have a vocalist, a straitjacket escape artist, an experienced bellydancer, and some other goodies tucked in as well. I can't tell you ALL the surprises... it is Halloween, after all!”

Halloween costumes are encouraged. Attendees must be 18 and older. The IAO Gallery is located at 811 North Broadway on Historic Automobile Alley, in Downtown Oklahoma City. Pre-Sale tickets for the Toxic Goddess Burlesque Ghouls Gone Wild Official After-Party are available through OKCTickets.com for $12 prior to the event or $15 at the door. Organizers expect this event to sell out so advance tickets are suggested.

Years ago, when I was attending Rose State College, I made the acquaintance of Scott Van Eck. He's an incredibly talented artist and pretty amazing with an airbrush. A long time ago we kept talking about working together. My photography and his airbrush skills. A lot of years have passed since we first talked about it. In that time I graduated from Rose lost touch with him. Then reconnected only to lose touch again when I moved to Savannah to go to the Savannah College of Art and Design.

A couple of months ago I was walking out at a flea market and passed by an airbrush artist booth. I recognized Scott and his wife. I stopped, said hi and caught him up on myself and the studio we have formed. At the time Dirk was planning a zombie shoot and we needed several zombies as well as someone to do their make-up and quickly. Scott was perfect for the project. Along the way we started talking about collaborating more and thus we are pleased to be offering his services at Sight Key for those of you who definitely want something different.

Tonight we have done two and will soon have a third project finished. I'll be posting some examples of his excellent work with my photography. I hope you like the preview.

Toxic Goddess Selkie and I will have the privilege of appearing live on the Mysterious Hours of Dr. Fear show live tonight from 8pm to 10pm. The Mysterious Hours of Dr. Fear are broadcast on Enid’s 104.7 FM, but also is streamed live on www.enidradio.org.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, October 7, 2007 – Multi-media entertainment company Sight Key Studios Incorporated and The Beefboy Rants website are looking for sexy models for bikini and lingerie, men’s magazine-style photos. Selected models will get an opportunity to work with renowned Sight Key Studios photographers Robert Henry and Dirk Hooper.

Interested models will get a profile page with your name, some modeling information and a link to your own online portfolio on the Beefboy Rants (www.thebeefboy.com), a website that gets 4 million hits a month and is seen around the world. Models will also get a set of highly-stylized glamour photos, fully worked, on a CD or DVD that they can use for their own portfolio. Models must be willing to travel to Sight Key Studios in Oklahoma City and sign a standard model release.
